Return form


Returning an item takes about 3 minutes. Here is what happens after you start:

    Find your order

    Enter the order number from your order confirmation e-mail (for example P13100012395).

    Choose the items

    Select which products you are sending back, the quantity and the reason for the return.

    Get your label from UPS

    UPS sends you an e-mail with the return label and drop-off details. Print it, or show the QR code at the parcel shop.

  • 4
    Send it back and get refunded

    Once we receive and check the parcel, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Good to know: You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging where possible. More answers in our FAQ: Returns & refunds.
