The John Deere 8400 on which our Schuco model is based is a completely new Schuco development in 1:32 scale and, with its rated output of 260 hp, was the top model in the 8000 series at the time in the 1990s. Offered exclusively as a four-wheel drive tractor, the 8400 was equipped with an 8.1-liter PowerTech engine and had a curb weight ofa good 8.7 tons. The tractor has functioning steering and is without doubt a must-have in every tractor collection.
