This option is available to you particularly in cases where you disagree with the outcome of our internal complaints procedure. Participation in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure requires both parties to collaborate in good faith. 

The decision of the dispute resolution body is not binding. Your right to initiate legal proceedings at any time remains unaffected.
